Walking Tours Akaroa: Sunsets & Sea Views
Back to Last Page

The small town of Akaroa is the perfect place to unwind. The idyllic inlets and deep valleys of the beautiful Banks Peninsula provide spectacular walks and superb photographic opportunities. Whilst some hikes begin from town and explore pockets of native bush, others are along the spine of the Peninsula with views over the whole area.

Originally settled by the French, Akaroa enjoys charming bistros serving excellent food. Relax with a stroll in the evenings along the waterfront before returning to your luxurious lodge.
